Hi, I'm Sean Chin. VeloStack is my one-person software studio in Singapore. I'm still early in my career, but I've paired hands-on engineering with a multi-agent AI stack to build custom web apps and workflow automations for SMBs, at a fraction of what a full agency would charge you and how long they'd take.

Every project starts with a real conversation about your problem. From there, I run a combination of more than ten different tools and agents in parallel to explore designs and technical approaches at once, so weeks of discovery collapse into days.
Coordinated AI agents write, test and review code around the clock while I stay in the loop on every decision. You'll have working software to click through within days.
Every client gets their own isolated Postgres database with row-level security enforced at the data layer. Your data never shares a schema with anyone else's.
Zero-downtime deploys to Vercel's global edge. Ship, measure, refine. Your system keeps improving after launch, at the same pace it was built.

I could hire a bigger team and add a few layers between us, but I don't think you'd get better software for it. Working solo just means lower overhead, faster answers, and you always know exactly who's building your product.
